Bean Growth

Growth
Increase in size and volume, because amount of cells increase. Growth can be measured with a certain measuring tool. Example: Baby, from the length 50 cm long to 80 cm long.

Cell-Tissue-Organ-Organ System-Organism

Development
Change leading to its maturity or the change that cannot be measured by a measuring tool. Development is a change/ an important process in living organism.
Example: Cell-Tissue-Organ-Organ system-Organism.

Factors that effect growth and development:
Internal Factor: hormone
External Factor: nutrition

Metamorphosis:
Metamorphosis is a biological process by which an animal physically develops after birth or hatching.

Metagenesis:
Metagenesis is an alternating succession of one generation with certain characteristics by another generation with different characteristics occurs in certain organism.
